You will receive an e-mail containing your tracking number as soon as the label is printed. This information may take up to 12 hours to be available.
Once your order has shipped from Itani Athletic, status is available from the carrier. We are happy to help but we only have as much information as provided by carrier tracking.
Itani Athletic will not be responsible for any items damaged or lost during transit. Any claims should be filed with the respective carrier.
